FEEDBACKS

........we had such a fantastic time in your Villa - a huge success - and thanks so much for all the work you did in organizing the shuttle bus, rental cars and catering. Angelo was great as were the others. I will be sure to send you and your mother some pictures and I will contact the agency to "highly recommend" Villa Corsano. My sisters are already talking about going back but for longer. Thanks again and never ever hesitate to contact me should you need anything from Canada..... John (canada 16/10/2009) lemon
view from window We got back to our home 2 days ago.  Jet lag has me up this morning before dawn and I was thinking about my time in Corsano.  It lingers as a lovely fragrance inside my heart.  I can feel the cool morning air as I sipped the best coffee ever.  I remember the weight and feel of the front door opening into a time past and present,  I remember the wonderful conversations and the kindness that you both extended to Richard and me.  I remember the walks in a gentle land with it's special light.  I remember the special lunch with you, Goga, in your apartment in Siena.  I remember so many sights and sounds and feelings, all wonderful.  I thank you again for all you gave.  Salima (Us  06/06/2009)
Grace and charm

From its gently rolling grounds to its grand living room, Villa Corsano offers a stylish and comfortable retreat from the hustle of travel. Every detail of the decor is unique and tasteful. The hosts take great care to make their guests feel at home and are very helpful in arranging outings in the countryside as well as meals at the villa. The villa, gardens, and pool are so lovely that we never wanted to venture far away. It's easy to fall under the spell of Corsano's grace and charm.

Beautiful Memories for a Lifetime

14 people were in our group and we found the accommodations wonderful. Two kitchens allowed us to either get together or grab something and go. The dinner prepared by the family on our last night was our greatest meal in Italy. Our acquaintance with Rosa was a highlight of our stay. I had no problem with our accommodations on the third floor

The Perfect Wedding in a Magical Place

I have stayed twice with my family in the Villa Corsano, and I cannot recommend this place enough. It is set among the most beautiful hills and scenery in the world, and the rooms, grounds, and hospitality are fantastic. The pictures do not do justice to the majesty of the place.

Both of my visits were for weddings. My brother's wedding reception was here, and I loved it so much I decided to do the same. Jacopo arranged everything and it was absolutely beautiful with delicious food and a wonderfully romantic atmosphere right in the courtyard. We put the band in the front living room with the curved, tromp l'oeil painted ceilings, and it was an amazing setting. Jacopo also helped us organize our civil ceremony at the historic palazzo pubblico in Siena, procured wine and olive oil for our guests, organized transportation, horseback riding, and several other dinners, including an outstanding buffet when we arrived. (We also had an excellent, very affordable dinner at the osteria il ristoro in the village).

We had guests staying in the apartments inside the villa, at the Tenuta di Corsano across the lawn, and at San Donnino down the road (Jacopo helped me arrange this) and every place was wonderful. The whole family that owns the properties was very welcoming, and everyone enjoyed their week in the Tuscan hills. I wish I were there right now.

I felt like I was home."

A dear friend had been telling me stories of Corsano for many years. They were all true and much more. The views of Tuscany are breathtaking of course, but the ambiance brings peace and sheer delight. Our hosts, Alvise, Anna and Jacopo are so welcoming and warm. A home away from home!!!

Incredible time in a perfect setting.

Our stay at Villa Corsano was excellent. We travelled with Extended family and friends including 6 children. The villa comfortably held the 15 of us. The owner, was very helpful in helping us plan a spontaneous itinerary, including dinners in off the beaten path ristorantes and touring medieval towns. The property has a family wine that's outstanding, a red and a prosecco. We had Vanna come to the house two times and an exquisite meal was prepared for us.The pool was awesome and the view from the pool deck of Siena was remarkable. Highly recommended. Could us some new mattresses and updated baths otherwise perfect.

A wonderful week in Tuscany

We had an amazing week with family and friends at the villa. The villa is beautiful and its history is captivating. Jacopo was an accommodating and helpful host. It was a week we will always remember. Liliana from Tenuta di Corsano ran a wonderful cooking course for us and cooked a dinner for us that none of us will ever forget. We all wished we were staying 2 weeks not 1!

One of the Crown Jewels of Tuscany

At Villa Corsano, everyone was so accommodating and generous with time and resources. The villa is old and that is part of its charm. The uneven tile floors are spectacular and feel lovely on bare feet. the Villa sets atop a hill overlooking Siena, fields, gardens, vineyards, and olive groves. The Tuscan light is a photographer's dream - the golds and yellows are especially stunning here. The kitchen is big and features professional appliances to delight the most ardent cook. I loved the huge living room, where you can sink into cushy sofas and read or simply look out the huge windows at the lovely landscape surrounding the Villa. The swimming pool is big, well-maintained and provides a welcome respite from the July Tuscan sun. The light within the Villa also makes for sensual photos of shadow and light. The quiet there is hypnotic and profound; it seeps into your belly and brings you peace. Can't wait to return.

Like a home away from home

Ville di Corsano is a special place. The villa and surrounding areas are full of history and the views from every area are astounding. It is possible to walk through olive orchards and vineyards or to walk along the meandering road through the fields. The people are absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to go back. The drive to Siena is not too far and is a pleasant drive.

Magic"

Magic, nature, history, art and culture. Our stay was to say the least memorable!
